TREB Members now have early access to the New GeoWarehouse®. On Monday, December 5, this new interface will become the primary means of working in Geowarehouse®. You are encouraged to familiarize yourself with this new interface over the next two months.
The new interface is map-based and features a flexible search bar that can be used for address, name, PIN or ARN searches. Other searches, including Lot and Concession, can also be undertaken by using the selector to the left of the text search box.
Access to New GeoWarehouse is from Public Records. Click the GeoWarehouse® link at the bottom of the tool panel or in the Property Detail Viewport.
- When using the flexible search bar to search by address, PIN or Assessment Roll Number (ARN), multiple results may appear. Simply click on the desired property. A marker appears on the map at the location and a box opens containing a link to the Property Report.
- Use the Search All down arrow to the left of the search bar to access the option to search by Lot and Concession.
- Use the Comparable Sales button at the top of the screen to access a radius map search (you can also draw a polygon) to locate comparables based on selected criteria.
