Update on Competition Tribunal Decision

TREB has just received a copy of the Tribunal's lengthy reasons and is carefully considering its contents. The Tribunal has ordered that the parties appear back before it to make submissions on the appropriate remedy in light of the Tribunal's decision. Since this matter is still before the Tribunal, we will not be making any public comments on the substance of the decision at this time.
