Update on Appeal of Competition Tribunal Order

The Federal Court of Appeal has granted an interim stay of the Competition Tribunal Order. The interim stay provides the breathing room needed for TREB's motion for a stay pending appeal to be determined on the merits.

TREB continues in its efforts to ensure that the personal financial information of home buyers and sellers is only used and disclosed where, when, and how they have granted their specific and informed consent.
