Stratus Collaborate is now available for Members and their clients. This new cross-platform application will allow you to collaborate in real time with your clients.
- You will be able to set your clients up with custom searches and search results, and they will have the option to be notified in real time when new listings that meet their criteria are entered into Stratus.
- Your clients will also be able to register and undertake their own searches in Collaborate, as well as send you comments and like/dislike notifications for different properties.
- You, as your client's Salesperson or Broker, will be notified via email about how your clients are using Collaborate.
- On top of being an all-encompassing framework with which to interact with your clients, Collaborate, with its responsive design, also provides you with access to search both available and unavailable listings on Stratus, regardless of the device you are using.
Accessing Collaborate
- You can access Collaborate from the Stratus home page by clicking Search Properties, and then, in the Info Centre under "Resources," click Collaborate.
- Collaborate also has its own dedicated URL: https://collab.torontomls.net.
