On March 4, 2015, TREB’s Public Records platform will be enhanced to provide access to GeoWarehouse®, including property ownership and land registry information. GeoWarehouse® will be linked to searches you undertake in Public Records. In addition, you will also be able to independently search GeoWarehouse® using name, address, PIN, Instrument/Plan and Lot & Concession.
You will be able to access a maximum of 150 GeoWarehouse® reports per year. However, within GeoWarehouse®, you will be able to perform unlimited searches, which will not count against your 150 reports per year allowance, so long as you do not access a report on a specific property.
It is important to note that access to the Property Assessment Notice (PAN) on behalf of the property owner is no longer available. However, if your clients want to access their Property Assessment Notice, you can direct them to MPAC’s www.aboutmyproperty.cawebsite, where they can register to access their PAN online.
