TREB's Past President's Scholarship Program, now in its eleventh year, expanded in 2012 to include two additional scholarships. Two $5,000 first-place scholarships and two $2,500 second-place scholarships will be awarded on behalf of REALTORS® to four graduating high school seniors pursuing post-secondary education, for example, university, college, or trade school.
The scholarship awards will be presented to the four winners in the spring.
This year's essay topic choices are:
- Do you think better transportation infrastructure would improve housing affordability in the GTA? Why or why not?
- Do you believe home ownership will be attainable for you in the future? Why or why not?
The deadline for application is Friday, March 24, 2017.
