Compliance Map
Like You Should Know, TREB has developed a tool to help keep you compliant. Real Estate is a highly regulated industry and you have to keep on top of a great deal of government legislation, association rules and policies. It's no easy task! Where to go for help is also confusing. TREB has created a Compliance map that will direct you to the right place to find the information you need, including the RECO Code of Ethics, PIPEDA, FINTRAC, CASL, the Do Not Call List, Municipal sign by-laws, and association rules and policies.
