A Member has reported that they were called by a company offering to create reusable bags with the Member's Brokerage information on it. The company offered to distribute the bags at a local Canadian Tire store in the Member's operating area.
The Member paid $1,500 to the company for the service and was told that the bags would be created and distributed at the beginning of the summer. The Member has now been waiting for six months and has not received the bags.
After conducting some research of their own, the Member found several complaints lodged against the company. The Member will be filing a complaint of their own with the Better Business Bureau.
This is a reminder to all Members to conduct research on any third party services and/or companies before entering into an agreement with them.
