CREA has announced the upcoming release of REALTOR.ca notifications.
This new feature will be available to all users (such as your clients) with a REALTOR.ca account and will help them stay up to date with listings and areas of interest. Users will be able to customize their settings and receive notifications of the following:
- Updates to listings on their Favourites and Compare lists, such as new images, price changes and scheduled open houses
- New listings for Saved Searches
How It Benefits REALTORS®
With notifications, REALTORS® can use REALTOR.ca to help them identify new listings and changes to listings for their clients. This helps REALTORS® when searching for properties outside of their MLS® System, making it easier to stay up to date.
Additionally, notifications will make it easier for users to discover new properties. Keeping users informed and connected to REALTOR.ca will help drive more meaningful traffic to listings, and ultimately generate more leads for our Members.
