Help with OREA Form 801 – Offer Summary Document

OREA has received many questions about using Form 801 – Offer Summary Document. The Standard Forms section of OREA.com contains a tutorial video on the form, a recording of the webinar on the form, and an explained version of the form (which Members often refer to as “forms in plain language”).
To find these resources:

1. Log into Stratus and then click Search Properties.
2. In the LINKS menu, click OREA. Note, you can log directly into www.orea.comwithout having to visit Stratus, but you’d have to remember your OREA password.
3. On OREA’s home page, hover your mouse over Members, and then clickStandard Forms.
