ANNUAL MEETING Includes:

Patrick Brown the new Leader of the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party will address TREB Members on his plans for the province and the real estate market if elected as Premier. 
(Scheduled for 10:30 a.m.)

John Wright, Senior Vice-President of Ipsos will present survey results dealing with home buying intentions of GTA households. 
(Scheduled before other business)



ALL MEMBERS OF THE TORONTO REAL ESTATE BOARD ARE ENTITLED TO ONE VOTE IF PRESENT AT THE MEETING EITHER IN PERSON OR BY PROXY. WHERE A MEMBER IS NOT ABLE TO ATTEND AND VOTE AT A MEETING OF MEMBERS, THE MEMBER MAY VOTE BY PROXY. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PERSON CAN HOLD MORE THAN ONE PROXY AT ANY ONE MEETING.

Where a Voting Member is not able to attend and vote at a meeting of Members, the Voting Member may vote by proxy. Please note that no person can hold more than one proxy at any one meeting. Any Member wishing to vote by proxy must ensure that a properly completed proxy.

Any Member wishing to vote by proxy must ensure that a properly completed Proxy Form is deposited with the Corporate Secretary no later than FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2015 by NOON.
